In honor of May Mental Health Month, The Lynhall is hosting a special series of events focused on applying holistic and self-healing methods to aid in the recovery and prevention of depression, anxiety, and chemical dependency. Our general mental health and wellness is an undeniable facet of our health that affects every aspect of our daily lives, as individuals and as communities and we hope you will join us for a vibrant and engaging series that integrates science with soul.

Our second event in the series features Nancy Johnson, a 20-year advocate for natural health solutions with a passion for using essential oils to help individuals manage weight, gut health, memory, emotional and chemical health.

Nancy will provide an overview and hands-on demonstration of how to best use essential oils for health and wellness. Guests will leave with an introductory understanding of how essential oils can be used in their daily lives.

Tickets are $20 and a portion of the proceeds benefit The Long Table Fund.
