In honor of May Mental Health Month, The Lynhall is hosting a special series of events focused on applying holistic and self-healing methods to aid in the recovery and prevention of depression, anxiety, and chemical dependency. Our general mental health and wellness is an undeniable facet of our health that affects every aspect of our daily lives, as individuals and as communities and we hope you will join us for a vibrant and engaging series that integrates science with soul.

Sarah will discuss how research confirms that sleep impacts all aspects of our health and wellbeing. Guests will learn strategies to unlock sleep as the third pillar of health and jump start their nutrition and wellness goals.
