Executive Chef Natalie will give you all the tips and tricks on how to choose your meats, cheeses, accoutrements and decorations. You will also have an opportunity to build your own grazing table in real time. Enjoy the fruits of your labor afterwards.
Grab your besties and join Chef Jeremy for Dumplings 101! Learn to make savory chicken, pork, and veggie dumplings. This class will introduce simple folding techniques for any level of cook. Followed by a demonstration on how to prepare them at home. Perfect for a date night or a fun activity with friends/family. Please note in your reservation any dietary restrictions. We will do our best to accommodate. $55 per person.
Low waste cooking demonstration. Sick of tossing and composting food? Learn to make a zero waste dinner complete with soup, salad and an entree. Executive Chef Natalie will walk you through preparing and cooking each item using only locally purchased ingredients and afterward you can enjoythe meal together complete with cocktails, beer or N/A beverages for purchase from our bar!

Each student will have the opportunity to braid and garnish their own challah to take home with them along with a printed recipe.

Inspired by all things seasonal, this class includes a demonstration by Adam, your own fresh wintergreen wreath and all the decorations and tools you’ll need to make it your very own! (Plus any hands-on assistance you might need to guarantee success!)

The demo will showcase how to make the dough, creating a lattice top, and decorative finishes. At the end of the demo we have samples of this year's Thanksgiving Pies.
