For centuries, food has brought people together to celebrate life and foster new friendships around a kitchen table. In 2006, The Lynhall’s Hospitality Manager, Nico Giraud landed in Minnesota from France, bringing his passion for food, wine, as well as his genuine sense of hospitality. Since then, he has had the privilege to meet and work alongside the extremely talented people who are a huge part of the Twin Cities dining scene today. 

Join us at The Lynhall as we launch a series of events celebrating the friendships born from gathering around food and drink in restaurants’ kitchens. We are delighted to welcome our inaugural chef, award-winning Chef Vincent Francoual, of Vincent, A Restaurant and Culinary Director of Cara Irish Pubs. This intimate evening is limited to 30 guests and will begin with a demonstration by Vincent, followed by a three-course dinner featuring classic recipes from Vincent’s repertoire, and special wine pairings selected by Nico.

To honor of those in our industry who are struggling with their mental and chemical health proceeds from the evening will benefit The Long Table Fund. The Long Table Fund works in partnership with the community to connect and empower those in the restaurant industry affected by trauma, mental health issues, and chemical dependency. Proceeds of The Long Table Fund will provide mission-specific educational opportunities and increased access to crisis mental health care for members of the restaurant industry.
