In honor of May Mental Health Month, The Lynhall is hosting a special series of events focused on applying holistic and self-healing methods to aid in the recovery and prevention of depression, anxiety, and chemical dependency. Our general mental health and wellness is an undeniable facet of our health that affects every aspect of our daily lives, as individuals and as communities and we hope you will join us for a vibrant and engaging series that integrates science with soul.
Our first event in the series features Dr. Henry Emmons, best-selling author of The Chemistry of Joy, The Chemistry of Calm, and Staying Sharp, for an evening conversation focusing on natural mental health remedies for finding joy and calm in our chaotic world.
Dr. Emmons will share how his decades of working with patients has informed his philosophy of integrative, evidence-based treatments that nurture the body, mind, and heart. Guests will leave equipped with strategies and tools that they can apply to their daily lives.
Tickets are $25 and a portion of the proceeds from the evening benefit The Long Table Fund.
